“Brilliant tour, well led, superb insight into the city’s quirks and history. Bruce knows his stuff and has has a great but not forceful delivery. He was always clear and concise and his diction very understandable. He made the whole thing great fun with his anecdotes about the city and its past. I visit the city frequently but have never enjoyed a day here as much as today. After his super tour I took his advice and followed the free guided tour of the City Chambers - what an amazing building! I do not hesitate in recommending Bruce as a tour guide.”
